PACKAGE A - SMALL BUSINESS SERVICE

This package is designed for businesses with up to 10 employees and start-up companies
who want to ensure they have HR support in place. We free up your time, reduce the
likelihood of employment tribunal claims and put your mind at rest with a fixed monthly
fee. We will partner with you and your business to make sure that the correct action is
taken to support you.
When issues arise, we’re right by your side supporting you without the costs of an internal
HR resource. You’ll receive:
• A standard employment contract clearly communicating your expectations to your
employees
• An employee handbook, including the statutory policies
• Telephone and email access to HR advice when an HR issue arises*. Experienced HR
professionals will be available during office hours to advise you.

PACKAGE B - RETAINED SERVICE

This package is designed for larger businesses wanting more regular HR support. You’ll
receive access to HR advice and support for your day-to-day HR issues and will be guided by
our experienced HR professionals. We’ll ensure that your contracts of employment,
handbook and policies are kept up to date and communicated as required and will also
support on the following issues:
• Recruiting and inducting new employees
• Managing performance and capability
• Dealing with grievances

PACKAGE C - AD-HOC SUPPORT

This package is designed for businesses that want HR support and advice on an ad-hoc basis.
We can provide guidance and support based on hourly or day rates as and when required.
This could include:
• Supporting your recruitment needs such as advertising roles, shortlisting,
interviewing and making employment offers
• Reviewing, updating or implementing contracts of employment, an employee
handbook and policies
• Inductions for new employees
• Managing all aspects of employment such as performance and capability,
disciplinaries, grievances, conflict and absence (including annual leave, sickness,
